Tulip Hysteria Coordinating is a structure made up of an authentic
prehistoric tool (Paleolithic biface flint) cut into four parts along the axes of symmetry of the object itself. These four pieces are rearranged on an aluminum frame, the proportions of which are deduced from the shapes of the stone, and each face covered with mirrors.

The sculpture thus re-enacts the principles of symmetry that governed the creation of such tools, and by which we can distinguish a simple stone from the earliest evidence of a truly human activity.

The working title is borrowed from an announced but unrealized piece by a famous 20th-century artist. It will be replaced by a definitive title once one has been found.
