"Join, or Die” offers a sketchy insight of images collected by Aurélien Mole.

The artist composed a mosaic that with each page reveals associations of meaning, from a Kenneth Ange photogram to the portrait of one of the inventors of the electrostatic influence machine James Wimshurst, to Hal 9000 (the computer that controls the Discovery One spaceship in Stanley Kubrick’s “2001: A Space Odyssey”) (1968) based on Arthur Charles Clarke’s short story “The Sentinel”, published in 1951.
